Presumptions are everywhere!
I've learned that:
-The agent presumes that I'm a corporately regulated "person."
-Its foolish to think that the agent is going to notice and/or give me my rights.
-Presuming that justice will prevail while being represented by an attorney is a big time loser.
-All I have to do is rebut their presumption in a due process hearing that I call for with the agency.
Its all quite simple when you understand what a court is!
