Freedom, Liberty, and Responsibility

Freedom and Liberty are PERSONAL attributes. They are defended by the Individual through the exercise of Judicial Power in the Court. This means that every interaction between you and any government agent is by one of two process. Either you proceed by Roman statutory or English common law. Welcome to life and the court....

The officer or agent took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, as a bond under common law, as well as accepting federal reserve notes, as a bond under statutory law, to revenue the rest of the people.

To avoid being revenue[d] the bond between you and the agent must be through the oath of the officer to protect your rights as opposed to violate them. Many times they abuse rights when there is no objection. The first step towards an objection is by bonding the agent to their oath to uphold your constitutional right. That right is called due process, and that would start with the 4th Amendment in most cases.

Many agents and courts are moving without a cause of action, also known as a warrant, and not meeting any resistance. Lawyers rarely challenge the criminal procedures of the court. They use connections and technicalities. To them all the warrants are good 'automatically'. That's the code word for prima facie.

Exercising freedom and liberty takes knowledge of how to defend free action, which are otherwise known as RIGHTS. The fact that these rights are protected by the same people who are violating them is pretty intimidating. This is why it is imperative that we be prepared and able to perform. This can start with watching and learning court procedures and studying how the Common law system works.

Yes the government needs to be cleaned up.... and there is only ONE person who can do that. It's going to take some learning about words and their power, the court system, the common law, and a whole lot of SELF reliance, inner game, and emotion.
